1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FloofOnly (“FloofOnly,” “the App,” “we,” “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

FloofOnly is developed and operated by Blesslin Shinie (“Developer”). These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and the Developer.

2. Description of Service

FloofOnly is a pet care companion app that helps you track daily activities, health records, expenses, and milestones for your pets. Features include meal, water, and activity logging, reminders, weight tracking, vaccinations, vet visits, grooming, medication tracking, expense tracking, and PDF health reports.

The App is designed as a personal wellness and organization tool. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for your pet’s health needs.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FloofOnly. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

4. Your Data

FloofOnly does not require account creation. All your data is stored locally on your device using Core Data, with optional iCloud sync via Apple CloudKit if enabled on your device.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account. We do not have access to your data and cannot recover it if lost. We recommend keeping regular device backups through iCloud or your computer.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

FloofOnly offers both free and premium features. Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions managed entirely by Apple through the App Store.

How billing works

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. The Developer cannot issue refunds directly.
• Prices may change. We will notify you in advance of any price increases, and your continued subscription after the change constitutes acceptance.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FloofOnly only for its intended purpose of personal pet care tracking. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.
• Distribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any part of it.
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App.

7. Intellectual Property

FloofOnly, including its design, code, graphics, icons, and text content, is the intellectual property of Blesslin Shinie and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your pet data, photos, and any content you create within the App remains yours. We claim no ownership over your personal content.

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our full Privacy Policy is available on our website. By using FloofOnly, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

The short version: we collect zero personal data. Everything stays on your device. No analytics or tracking SDKs are used.

9. Device Permissions

FloofOnly may request access to certain device features. All permissions are optional, and the App functions without granting them (some features will be limited).

• Photos: Used for adding pet photos. Photos are stored locally and in your iCloud if sync is enabled.
• Notifications: Used for care reminders. All notifications are generated and scheduled on your device.

You can revoke any permission at any time through your device’s Settings.

10. Disclaimers

FloofOnly is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Pet health information within the App is for informational purposes only and does not constitute veterinary advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blesslin Shinie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of FloofOnly after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using FloofOnly at any time by deleting the App from your device. If you have an active subscription, remember to cancel it through Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions to avoid future charges.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Apple-Specific Terms

These terms are between you and Blesslin Shinie, not Apple Inc. We grant you a non-transferable license to use FloofOnly on any Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The App may be accessed by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for FloofOnly. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation.

Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

You agree to comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App, including your wireless data service agreement.
